Services
I offer individual therapy to address a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, stress, dating, life transitions, and more. I work with adults and adolescents, with a specialized focus on supporting women and teens who struggle with anxiety. These one-on-one sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, develop insight, and build effective coping tools. Sessions are 55 minutes long and are conducted virtually, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
In individual therapy, we may work on:
Navigating anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
Managing depression or persistent low mood

Processing past trauma or difficult experiences
Finding meaning and direction during life transitions

Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help you determine if we're a good fit. This is a chance to ask questions, share what you're looking for in therapy, and learn more about my approach — with no pressure to commit.
Scheduling
Therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly to start, offering consistency as we begin our work together. Over time, we can shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions based on your needs and progress. I offer flexible scheduling, including weekday evening and Sunday appointments, to make therapy more accessible and work with your routine.
The First Session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll also ask about your history, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
