About Me
Welcome! I am a therapist and licensed clinical social worker seeing clients in New York and New Jersey. I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I specialize in helping women and girls who struggle with anxiety and self-esteem. I understand how anxiety can show up in deeply personal ways in our everyday lives. Whether it’s constant worry, social anxiety, or sudden panic that feels overwhelming, it can affect your relationships, your sense of self, and your ability to feel present in your life. That’s why I take a compassionate, personalized approach, creating a safe space where we can work together to better understand your experience and develop practical strategies to help you manage it.
With over six years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments. My background includes both private practice and years of working as a school social worker, which has given me valuable insight into the unique challenges adolescents face today. Whether you're a teen navigating school pressure and identity, or a woman balancing career, relationships, and self-worth, I bring compassion, experience, and a collaborative spirit to our work.
Education: New York University, MSW, LCSW

My Approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and compassionate, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. We’ll begin with a thorough needs assessment to determine where you are and to collaboratively develop personalized goals for therapy. This tailored approach ensures that our work together is aligned with your specific needs and aspirations.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Combining cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies to help manage intense emotions and improve relationships.
Mindfulness: Encouraging present-moment awareness to reduce stress and enhance emotional well-being.
